Sugar and Spice Popcorn
A few simple store cupboard ingredients here can add a whole new dimension to your DS-gluten free Rice Cakes.
Suitable for people diagnosed with Coeliac Disease, those who are suffering from a gluten and wheat allergy or intolerance.
5 DS-gluten free Rice Cakes
2 tbsp sunflower oil
75g crunchy peanut butter
1 tsp cinnamon
25g brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C/160°C Fan/ Gas Mark 4.
2. In a large bowl crush the rice cakes into small pieces.
3. In a small pan heat the remaining ingredients until the peanut butter and brown sugar have melted, add to the broken rice cakes and combine together well.
4. Tip onto a baking sheet and spread out. Place in the oven and cook for 5 minutes.
5. Serve immediately.
