Cream Cheese with Gherkins and Capers
Try something a little different to liven up snacktime! This delicious dip makes a great spread for the DS-gluten free
Rice Cakes.
Suitable for people diagnosed with coeliac disease, those who are suffering from a gluten and wheat allergy or intolerance.
Ingredients
DS-gluten free
Rice Cakes or
Crispbread
110g low fat cream cheese
2 tsp tomato puree
4 gherkins, chopped into small pieces
2 tsp capers
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
100g small prawns
Method
1. In a small bowl combine together the cream cheese, tomato puree, chopped gherkins and capers. Sprinkle with the chopped parsley.
2. Spread onto a crispbread or rice cake and top with a few prawns.
