DS-gluten free Crispbread
or Rice Cakes
100g cream cheese or low fat cream cheese
2 slices of canned or fresh pineapple, core removed from fresh, chopped
1 kiwi, peeled and chopped
mint leaves, torn into small pieces
1. Mix together the chopped pineapple, kiwi and the torn mint leaves.
2. Spread the cream cheese onto a Crispbread
or Rice Cake
and top with the pineapple and kiwi salsa.
