the Dr. Schar Group: leading experts in gluten free foods
DS-gluten free is a Dr Schär brand. Dr Schär is the leading manufacturer of gluten free foods in Europe and provides gluten free products for people who suffer with coeliac disease, gluten intolerance, wheat allergy and wheat intolerance. The Dr.
Schär Group have been established for 30 years and are based in South Tyrol in Italy. They have dedicated gluten free manufacturing facilities in Italy and Germany and are at the forefront of research and development in achieving better tasting and better quality gluten free foods.
Dr Schär have two other gluten free brands in the UK and Ireland, Glutafin, whose gluten free foods are available on prescription and Trufree, who offer a range of wheat and gluten free products in the supermarkets.
